Level 2 Award Personal Safety
(1 day minimum 6 candidates)
This is a course designed to help candidates be aware of their surroundings and safety issues that may require them to take action to ensure personal safety.
DAC & Partners will introduce you to the legislation that is designed to protect you and your colleagues in the workplace and give you an understanding of the rights and responsibilities of both your employer and yourself
The course is about YOU, your personal safety and its importance.
You will learn how to identify and manage risks including physical risks, risks from unsafe machinery and other equipment or risk from colleagues or visitors to the workplace.
During the course you will consider workplace guidance and policies that may impact upon your ability to deal with actual or potential risk to your personal safety.
